This delicious cake, with a savory cinnamon flavor, brings back memories of visiting my grandmother. She always had pans of it waiting for us to eat, and eat it we did. The cake is so simple, but it is full of flavor. I hate having this cake around, because I can finish the whole cake myself!
Ingredients:
1 C Oil
2 C Sugar
4 Eggs
3 C Flour
3 Tsp Baking Powder
1 C Orange Juice
Crumb Topping:
1 Stick Margarine
1 C Flour
1 C Sugar
2 Tsp Cinnamon
3 Tsp Cocoa
Batter:
Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Add flour, baking powder and orange juice.
Spray the cookie sheet with PAM and pour the batter, spreading it evenly throughout the pan.
Crumb Topping:
Mix all the ingredients for the crumbs together and crumble over the top of the batter.
Bake on 350 for 25 minutes

This cake freezes well, just cover tightly once completely cooled.
