I heard that eating grapefruits help you lose weight. Anyone know anything about that?
Studies have shown that a compound called naringin in grapefruit could lower blood sugar and lead to weight loss. In one study, obese people who ate half a grapefruit before meals for 12 weeks lost significantly more weight than a non-grapefruit-eating control group.

Anyone know which protein powder is good? I have tried a few and they have a very bad after taste. I'm looking for one that goes down easy and does the trick. Any suggestions?
I make my shakes with natural peanut butter, milk and some splenda. the peanut butter helps that the protein powder doesn't taste too bad.
I like the NutriSupreme from Supreme Health. The vanilla bean flavor is delicious and not at all chalky. Get a mixing cup so you can mix it well.
