I have a really easy and awesome roasted chick pea recipe.
1 can of chick peas
1 tsp of the following spices: Salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and fresh black pepper.
1 tbs olive oil
Mix all ingredients together and spread on a cookie sheet. Bake on 425 for about 40 minutes. The chickpeas should be crispy before you remove them.
