Sautéed Liver is a staple at our Shabbos table. Even my little ones are disappointed when I don’t have a chance to make it. This is one dish that I can’t bring my self to buy, because it’s just not the same. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
1 Pkg broiled liver – cut into smaller pieces
1 Onion- diced and sautéed
3 Tbs Honey
2 Tbs Marsala wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauté onion and add liver. Sauté for five minutes and then add the spices. Add wine and honey and then Sauté for another five minutes.
